One valid government-issued ID is required for every rental. It is used only for booking verification, equipment security, and rental documentation.

Confirmed bookings are generally non-refundable. If Daily Drills cannot fulfill your rental because of an equipment or operational issue, you may choose a full refund or complimentary reschedule.

Every rental includes a Smart Pro Pickleball Machine, 65 training pickleballs, a ball basket trolley, a pickleball bag, and a basket pickleball picker. Regular match pickleballs are available as a ₱150 upgrade.

No. You book the court, we deliver the reps.

Absolutely. Solo, duo, coaching session, or full club, anyone can book Daily Drills.

Yes, as long as the extension does not affect another booking. Additional time is ₱250 per hour.

Delivery and pickup are free within Danao City. For locations outside Danao City, message us on Facebook or call 0949 334 2747 so we can confirm availability and the delivery fee.

We aim to arrive around 30 minutes before your booking for the handoff and setup. Your paid rental time begins at the confirmed start time. We return for pickup once your session ends.

Yes. We can set up the machine and give you a quick walkthrough before your rental starts. Please be at the court around 30 minutes early so setup does not eat into your paid time. Tutorials are also available on our website if you want to study the machine before your session.

The person named in the booking should receive it. If someone else will handle the delivery, contact us beforehand so we can approve the handoff.

Please make sure you or an approved representative is present. Waiting time or a second delivery attempt may result in additional charges.

No. The machine must remain at the delivery address listed in your booking.

Yes. Outdoor courts are welcome as long as the machine stays completely dry and is never used in the rain or on a wet court.

No. The machine is battery-powered. Customers will not be provided with the charger. Please do not connect the machine to another charger or power source, as incorrect voltage or wattage may damage the equipment.

Contact us immediately. If the issue cannot be resolved during your rental, the unused portion of your session may be rescheduled, subject to availability.

If rain prevents you from safely using the machine, we can reschedule the remaining rental time depending on availability. If you have already used more than 30 minutes, the time already used will be deducted from your rescheduled session. If rain starts, switch off the machine immediately and move it somewhere dry and covered.

Confirmed bookings are generally not eligible for cancellation or rescheduling for personal reasons. If something unexpected comes up, call us at 0949 334 2747 and we’ll review the situation with you.

Yes. You have a 15-minute grace period after your scheduled end time. If the equipment is not packed and ready after that, a ₱150 late fee may apply, plus any courier or rebooking costs caused by the delay.

We welcome any court as long as it is dry, safe, and suitable for the machine and players. For the best experience, we recommend booking a single court to avoid loose balls crossing into other games. Multi-court setups are fine too, as long as there are proper barriers or dividers between courts.

Missing pickleballs are charged at ₱50 per ball.

Repair or replacement costs depend on the extent of the damage. Our team will inspect the machine and accessories when they are returned. Normal wear from proper use will not be charged.
